Meet the Team
Janice Hamouz-Fultz, BSN, RN has been a nurse for over 38 years. She has had a variety of work experience in the ICU, Open Heart, ER and now Surgical Services in the Pre/Post/PACU area for the last 15 years. She has worked in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Ohio, Indiana, and Oklahoma. She has a passion for working with her patients and is always exploring new ways to advance the profession.
Beth Kriegh, BSN, RN graduated from Central State University in Edmond in 1988 (now UCO). She joined the Air Force in 1989 and worked as a clinical nurse and eventually became a flight nurse in 1995. She separated from the Air Force in 2001. She married her husband who had 4 children and moved from OKC to Stratford, Oklahoma. Beth has worked as a House Supervisor for 5 years at Valley View Regional (now Mercy Ada) for 5 years and then, in the ICU for 5 years and now, for the past 4 years, she has been a PACU nurse at Mercy Ada. Beth is currently studying for the CPAN exam. Hobbies: gardening and LOVE bowling!
Tracy Galyon, BSN, RN, CPAN has been a nurse for over 30 years and has worked in almost all areas of nursing. She has had the privilege of working in some amazing areas and with some phenomenal staff. Tracy started her practice in rural Oklahoma and it still has a piece of her heart. She values the knowledge and experience she has gained during her formative years. Her first recovery room experience was recovering open hearts in the ICU. Shortly after that time she took a PRN position in a PACU in a small facility. She fell in love with the dynamics and level of patient care she was able to deliver. Tracy began traveling in 2006 and was offered a contract in a PACU as a traveler. She then sat for her CPAN in 2012 while serving as a Supervisor in a Level 1 Trauma Center PACU, where she learned the value of a professional organization on the national (ASPAN) and local level (OSPAN). Tracy currently works as PACU RN in a small specialty environment that allows her to continue to utilize her knowledge in the recovery of surgery patients
Cathy Tellone, MSN, RN, CAPA
Cathy has more than twenty years of experience in the perioperative setting and has been CAPA certified since 2011. Cathy currently works as a PACU nurse for INTEGRIS Health in her home town of Yukon, Oklahoma, and has served as preceptor, mentor, and as a member of the Unit Based Council, Peer Review, and Professional Standards committees. She recently completed her Master’s Degree in nursing with an emphasis in nursing education and teaches one day per week, as an adjunct faculty member, in the RN-BSN program at Oklahoma City University. Outside of her professional career, Cathy enjoys being involved in activities with the Oklahoma City Philharmonic in programs such as The Society of Strings and The Instrument Playground. Cathy and her husband have two grown sons and four grand-children.
Lindsay Spencer, BSN, RN, CPAN
Lindsay has been a nurse for around 5 years. She was born and raised in Omaha, NE and moved to Tulsa for college. She currently works as the charge nurse for St. Francis Hospital adult PACU in Tulsa, OK. She is a dog mama, with 3 fur babies at home. She has a Jack Russell: Mittens, Red Heeler: Leela, and Chihuahua: Gidget.

Toni Strickland BSN, RN, CPAN - has worked at OU Medicine Inc. pretty much all of her 33 years as a nurse. She currently works as the PACU/OPS/MRI educator at Children’s Hospital. Toni has been a member of ASPAN and an OSPAN board member since 2013. Toni is married with one son and 3 grandchildren. When not working they love to water and snow ski, scuba dive, and spend time at the lake.
Marty Phelps, BSN, RN, CPAN has been a nurse for 44 years, graduating in 1974 from Northern Illinois University with a BSN. She has worked in ICU, home health, an ophthalmology practice, PACU, and ambulatory surgery. She joined ASPAN in 2002 and has had CPAN certification since 2003. Marty is passionate about the profession of nursing and educating and advocating for patients. ASPAN/OSPAN membership provides the educational opportunities to remain current in her profession as well as the dialogue and camaraderie with other nurses. Her other loves are for her husband, children, grandchildren, and rock and roll!
